One of the most important features of the glass container filling machine is that it is produced in two rotary and linear models, and is used for all kinds of thick and thin liquids. Nozzles are built into the machine to prevent contamination of the products. All parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, which is used to fill and package all kinds of dairy products and fruit juices. The machine is designed in such a way that it is possible to adjust the injection rate and height of food and dairy products accurately.
Types of glass fillers
They are produced in single-nozzle, double-nozzle, and four-nozzle models, which can be used to fill containers with openings of 155, 125, 95, and 75. They are used to fill all kinds of liquids and dairy products, such as glass buttermilk fillers, glass yogurt fillers, and glass curd fillers.
Single-nozzle filling machine
It is one of the highest quality and most widely used types of glass container filling machines that are used to fill yogurt, butter, olives and other foods. It is also possible to manufacture the machine for different containers in terms of the size of the glass opening and the geometric shape of the glass. The single-nozzle glass filler performs the packaging work using aluminum sheets. The operation of this machine is determined according to the request as manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic, which has different nozzle sizes according to the manufacturing request.
Double-nozzle glass filling machine
It is an industrial equipment that automatically fills different liquids into containers with high accuracy without human intervention. It has two nozzles that simultaneously transfer liquid to two different glasses. The machine injects liquids into the glasses with high accuracy. With its high speed, it provides time-saving production. It is used in various industries including dairy, beverages and liquid beverage packaging.
4-line filling machine
This machine is designed in two types, timed and cylindrical, according to the product being produced. This machine is more useful for thin materials, which are intelligently determined by the PLC according to the time taken to enter the material into the container. In the cylindrical model, the tolerance is less than the timed model, and the material is injected into the container with high precision.
Foiling stage
The machine is automatically operated by the PLC settings that apply to the mechanical system. The foil is removed with the help of vacuum force and placed on the glass container with the help of a pneumatic jack.
Foil sewing system
After the foiling operation on the cup, the foil is sewn to the container or cup intelligently.
Ejector system
Which consists of two pneumatic jacks to raise the cup and separate it from the line chain, the second jack performs the action of pushing the container out of the line and placing the cup on the conveyor belt.
Linear Container Filling Machine
This fully automatic machine is designed and manufactured specifically for glass containers in different sizes. Considering the applicant's needs for thin liquids, it is manufactured by gravity and thick liquids, as a piston. This machine is suitable for products such as glass liqueurs, glass syrups, and various glass beverages. By placing the glasses in the magazine located at the entrance of the machine, the start and filling steps, foiling, foil pressing, and glass output will be performed on an automatic conveyor belt. It should be noted that all parts of the machine are made of stainless steel.
